R EXITS
The R Exits run north from Taipei Station. The underground arcade they connect to is called Zhongshan Underground Street. It runs parallel to an MRT line, and according to the map above (from tripadvisor.com), it extends all the way to Shuanglian Station on Minsheng W Road.

The closest exit is Y8, right in front of Taipei Station.
